Cash, Check and Credit ( Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover)

Clients who need to cancel or reschedule their appointment should provide us with 24 hours notice.   Clients who request a change less then 24 hours before their appointment or do not show for an appointment at all will be charged  the entire amount of the session.

If you have a gift certification and you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or do not show for an appointment at all your gift certificate will be considered null and void.

Any outstanding fees must be paid before you can schedule your next appointment.  Clients who cancel at the last minute or neglect to show up may be required to prepay for future appointments.

Class / Educational Services Cancellations
For all class and educational services, deposits are non-refundable non-transferable for class reservation.  All classes and educational services balances once paid are non-refundable non-transferable.  All classes are on a per person reservation regardless if person attends the actual day of class.  They can not be transferred to another person.

Inclement Weather
Our number one concern is safety. In the event of inclement weather, we reserve the right to close and cancel appointments for the day. This will insure the safety of our clients and staff.

If you have an appointment within 24 hours of a weather event and would like to reschedule, please contact us with as much notice as possible. If the weather is questionable, we will be in contact as we continue to monitor it.

Feeling Sick / Under the Weather
In an effort to maintain a healthy environment, we ask that if you are feeling sick or are under the weather (which includes a cold, a fever, the flu, etc.) please give us as much notice as possible to reschedule your appointment. Massage is contraindicated while you are sick. This is for your well being as well as the health of us and our other clients.

Arriving Late
If you are late to your session you are welcome to receive whatever time is left in your appointment. Due to our tightly booked schedule we are generally unable to extend your session beyond your original appointment time. Regardless of the length of the service actually given, you will be responsible for payment of the full service you scheduled.
