Covid-19 Policies

At this point, masks are not required. This is subject to change at any time along with CDC guidelines. 

At Butterflies and Wildflowers, we have always made keeping our studio safe and clean a top priority. During these times, we have added extra steps in our safety protocols to ensure everyone's safeties. These include, adding extra time between clients to allow for sanitation and to make sure that clients do not pass each other in the waiting room. 

As you know, we enforce a 24 hour cancellation policy, but do to the current uncertainty there are exceptions. If, within the 24 hour time frame before your appointment, you start to have any of the below symptoms, please contact us immediately:

• Aches and pains
• Cold/flu symptoms
• Fever
• Stomach upset
• Loss of smell and/or taste
• Fatigue
• Headache
• Poision Ivy
• Unidentifiable rashes

• You have had Covid
• You have recently been tested for Covid
• You are under quarantine for Covid, or are living with someone who is under quarantine
• You have had your Covid vaccine within a week of your appointment
• You have been exposed to anyone who may have Covid or has tested positive for Covid

These may not all result in the cancellation of your appointment, discuss with Marnie on how to proceed. But do not show up to your appointment without letting her know. 

Failure to alert us of any of the above, while still attending your appointment may result in cancelation of your appointment and required payment in full. 

These rules are put in place to protect me and my family but also other clients. Please abide by them to help keep everyone safe.
